ZRSN160 - Mobile Butt Welding Machine

The butt welding machine type ZRSN-160 is used for linear and angled welding (0°-22.5°->2α max=45°) of PE and PP pipes and fittings for the diameter range Ø 50 – 160 mm. The device is ideally suited for plumbing and air conditioning installations, drains and drainage systems, but of course also for other areas of application. The device is equipped with a manual gearbox with which you can achieve the desired pressing force. The force is measured with a spring force gauge. The welding machine is operated according to the welding parameter table. The timer is integrated in the handle of the heating element. The pipes are fastened using a quick-assembly system, consisting of two vices up to 160 mm diameter and two supports. Welding of smaller diameters is possible after installing reduction inserts for diameters 50, 63, 75, 90, 110, 125, 140 mm. The heating element is equipped with an electronic temperature controller with an adjustment range from 170 °C to 280 °C. The surfaces of the heating element are PTFE coated. The coating can be renewed cost-effectively. The planer is designed so that no chips can get into the device. The heating element and planer are permanently mounted on the shaft on the back of the device. The machine is manufactured in Poland according to current standards.
