Apple Pay uses security features integrated into your device's hardware and software to protect your transactions. To authorize a payment, you must enter a code previously set by you and verify it using your device's "Face ID" or "Touch ID" function.
For payment processing purposes, the information you provided during the order process, along with information about your order, will be transmitted to Apple in encrypted form. Apple then re-encrypts this data with a developer-specific key before the data is transmitted to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay for payment execution. The encryption ensures that only the website where the purchase was made can access the payment data. After the payment has been made, Apple sends your device account number and a transaction-specific, dynamic security code to the originating website to confirm successful payment.
If personal data is processed during the described transmissions, the processing takes place exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Apple stores anonymized transaction data, including the approximate purchase amount, the approximate date and time, and an indication of whether the transaction was successfully completed. Anonymization completely excludes any personal reference. Apple uses the anonymized data to improve "Apple Pay" and other Apple products and services.
If you use Apple Pay on your iPhone or Apple Watch to complete a purchase you made on your Mac via Safari, the Mac and the authorization device communicate over an encrypted channel on Apple servers. Apple does not process or store any of this information in a format that can identify you. You can deactivate the ability to use Apple Pay on your Mac in your iPhone settings. Shopify does not gain access to clear data during processing, but automatically encrypts the information during the transmission process using a special algorithm.
The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of our shop's reach and the acceptance of our offer for optimization purposes.
As part of the aforementioned processing, data may also be transferred to: Shopify Inc., 150 Elgin St, Ottawa, ON K2P 1L4, Canada
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized transfer to third parties.
For data transfers to Canada, an adequate level of data protection is guaranteed by an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
Further details on the above-mentioned processing can be found in Shopify's privacy policy: https://www.shopify.com/de/legal/privacy/consumers?country=de&lang=de
11) Retargeting/Remarketing and Conversion Tracking
11.1 Meta Pixel
Within our online offering, we use the "Meta Pixel" service from the following provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta").
If a user clicks on an advertisement placed by us on Facebook and/or Instagram, the URL of our linked page is extended by a parameter with the help of "Meta Pixel." This URL parameter is then entered into the user's browser after redirection by a cookie that our linked page itself sets.
This allows Meta, on the one hand, to determine the visitors to our online offering as a target group for the display of advertisements (so-called "Ads"). Accordingly, we use the service to show the Facebook and/or Instagram Ads placed by us only to users who have shown an interest in our online offering or who have certain characteristics (e.g., interests in certain topics or products, which are determined based on the visited websites) that we transmit to Meta (so-called "Custom Audiences").
On the other hand, the "Meta Pixel" can track whether users have been redirected to our website after clicking on an advertisement and what actions they perform there (so-called "Conversion Tracking").
The data collected is anonymous for us, meaning it does not allow us to draw conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Meta, so a connection to the respective user profile is possible, and Meta can use the data for its own advertising purposes.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the terminal device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your given consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
The information generated by Meta is usually transmitted to and stored on a Meta server; in this context, a transfer to servers of Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA may also occur.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European level of data protection based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
11.2 Google Ads Remarketing
This website uses retargeting technology from the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland.
For this purpose, Google sets a cookie in your terminal device's browser, which automatically enables interest-based advertising using a pseudonymous cookie ID and based on the pages you visit. Further data processing only occurs if you have agreed to Google linking your internet and app browser history with your Google account and using information from your Google account to personalize ads you view on the web. In this case, if you are logged into Google during your visit to our website, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define audience lists for cross-device remarketing. For this purpose, your personal data is temporarily linked with Google Analytics data to form audiences. When using Google Ads Remarketing, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the terminal device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Without this consent, retargeting technology will not be used during your visit to the site.
You can revoke your given consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please deactivate this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European level of data protection based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

11.3 Microsoft Advertising
This website uses retargeting technology from the following provider: Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA.
This allows us to specifically target visitors to our websites with personalized, interest-based advertising who have already shown interest in our shop and our products. The display of advertising material is based on a cookie-based analysis of past and current user behavior.
In the case of retargeting technology, a cookie is stored on your computer or mobile device to collect pseudonymized data about your interests and thus customize advertising to the stored information. These cookies are small text files stored on your computer or mobile device. You will then be shown advertising that is highly likely to match your product and information interests.
11.4 Google Ads Conversion Tracking
This website uses the online advertising program "Google Ads" and, within Google Ads, the conversion tracking of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google").
We use the Google Ads offering to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising materials (so-called Google Adwords). With regard to the data from the advertising campaigns, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. Our aim is to show you advertising that is of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you, and to achieve a fair calculation of the advertising costs incurred.
The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on a Google Ads ad. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked across the websites of Google Ads customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that allows users to be personally identified.
When using Google Ads, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
Details on the processing initiated by Google Ads Conversion Tracking and Google's handling of data from websites can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
You can also permanently object to the setting of cookies by Google Ads Conversion Tracking by downloading and installing the Google browser plug-in available at the following link:
https://support.google.com/My-Ad-Center-Help/answer/12155656?hl=de
To address users whose data we have received in the context of business or business-like relationships with even more interest-based advertising, we use a customer matching function within Google Ads. For this purpose, we transmit one or more files with aggregated customer data (primarily email addresses and phone numbers) electronically to Google. Google does not receive access to clear data but automatically encrypts the information in the customer files during the transmission process using a special algorithm. The encrypted information can then only be used by Google to match it to existing Google accounts that the data subjects have set up. This enables personalized advertising to be displayed across all Google services linked to the respective Google account.
The transmission of customer data to Google only takes place if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. Further information on Google's data protection measures relating to the customer matching function can be found here: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/6334160?hl=de&ref_topic=10550182

The information thus obtained is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag.
However, you will not receive any information that allows users to be personally identified. When using Google Ads, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA. 11.7 Google Marketing Platform
This website uses the online marketing tool Google Marketing Platform, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("GMP").
GMP uses cookies to deliver relevant ads to users, improve campaign performance reports, or prevent a user from seeing the same ads multiple times. Through a cookie ID, Google records which ads are delivered in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed multiple times. Furthermore, GMP can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions related to ad requests. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a GMP ad and later visits the advertiser's website using the same browser and makes a purchase through that website.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google's server.
We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you to the best of our knowledge as follows: By integrating GMP, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an advertisement from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider may obtain and store your IP address. In the context of using GMP, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading out information on the end device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. 11.8 Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking
This website uses conversion tracking technology from the following provider: Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA
For the use of Universal Event Tracking, a tag is stored on each page of our website, which interacts with the conversion cookie set by Microsoft. This interaction makes user behavior on our website traceable and sends the collected information to Microsoft. The purpose of this is to statistically record and evaluate certain predefined goals such as purchases or leads, in order to make the orientation and content of our offers more interest-based. The tags are never used for the personal identification of users.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading out information on the end device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Without this consent, retargeting technology will not be used during your visit to the site.

For this purpose, certain device and browser information, including possibly your IP address, is read out via the tracking technology in order to record and evaluate user actions predefined by us (e.g. completed transactions, leads, search queries on the website, calls of product pages). This enables the creation of statistics on user behavior on our website after redirection from an advertisement, which serve to optimize our offer.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading out information on the end device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your given consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
