A flexible machine that can perform heating element socket welding and manual butt welding?
The WIDOS 35XX is an all-rounder. The clamping tool of the WIDOS 35XX is movable or completely rotatable. This allows particularly short pipe sections to be welded. The machine is very light and compact. Optionally, the machine can also be used for the simplest form of manual butt welding; corresponding attachment plates for the heating element are available separately.
Pipes and fittings made of PE, PP and PVDF from DA 20 to DA 125 can be welded with the WIDOS 35XX. The machine can be used in the workshop, on the construction site and during assembly. The heating element is adjustable for all heating spigots and sockets. Particularly short pipe sections can also be welded with the help of movable or completely rotatable clamping tools. With appropriate attachment plates for the heating element, the WIDOS 35XX can also be used for simple manual butt welding. With a weight of only 44 kg, the machine is easy to transport. In addition, the machine can be dismantled for transport.
Thanks to steplessly adjustable prism clamping, all outer diameters can be clamped; on the pipe side there is a double prism that is quick and easy to replace. The outer prism can also be moved to clamp very short pipes. The machine also closes its tables completely for an even wider range of applications, e.g. short pipe and fittings. Both sides are axially adjustable for aligning the joining parts. For supportive alignment of the sockets, one angle, optionally a second, is available.
Heating element according to DVS 2208:
The swivel-in socket heating element is mounted on the machine with a holder; with on/off switch, electronic temperature setting and monitoring according to DVS 2208. It is movable, so it can be aligned to any position and for any dimension and then fixed. This makes this machine version universally applicable for all fittings and almost independently for all standards.
