Do you need a heating element butt welding machine for workshop use for pipes and fittings from DA 50 to DA 160, DA 250 or DA 315? Then the WIDOS 2500 is the right machine for you.
The WIDOS 2500 is a handy, mobile plastic welding machine, which is preferably used in the workshop. The WIDOS 2500 is particularly suitable for heating element butt welding in sanitary installations and drainage pipes, but also as a basic machine for special constructions.
The WIDOS 2500 has an electrically operated planer, an electronic heating element and a transport and assembly box for safe and protected storage. The WIDOS 2500 is available in 3 versions:
- WIDOS 2500/160 from DA 50 to DA 160
- WIDOS 2500/250 from DA 50 to DA 250
- WIDOS 2500/315 from DA 50 to DA 315
with two-part basic clamping tools, each side pivotable by 15°, clamping inserts and pipe supports in prism design.
The planer has a chain drive in a closed aluminum housing and automatic chip removal to the outside. The heating element is non-stick coated, has electronic temperature control, indicator lights, an on-off switch and a connection cable with a Schuko plug.
