Due to its light weight and handiness, the HSK200 protective insulated hot gas welding machine is excellently suited for plastic welders and tank builders.
The heating power of 1500 W 230 V is continuously adjustable from 20 to 700 °C and is kept constant electronically. Furthermore, the required air volume can be individually regulated with an additional rotary knob.
The device requires an external air supply, such as a side channel compressor, blower or compressor. In addition, we offer a portable hand blower, which can supply the required air on construction sites and for outdoor use due to its handiness.
If required, the welding machine can also be equipped with an M 10 threaded push-on nozzle. This push-on nozzle allows the use of screw-on rapid welding nozzles, which are often used in plastics and tank construction due to their high stability.
The HSK200 welding machine can be equipped with numerous accessories for welding plastic sheets, pipes, parts and containers.
On construction sites and for outdoor use, the additional hand blower supplies the required air volume.
