General Information:
The ZRCN type welding machine is a powerful yet handy, reliable and easy to transport butt welding machine for welding plastic pipes (PE, PP, PVDF) with diameters from 50 mm to 160 mm. The ZRCN type welding machine is most commonly used for connecting protective pipes for the energy and telecommunications industries, as well as for welding downpipes and air conditioning ducts. The machine is equipped with a manual gearbox that allows you to achieve the desired pressing force. The force is measured with a spring force gauge. The welding machine is operated according to the welding parameter table. The timer is integrated into the handle of the heating element.
Heating element with controller in the handle:
The heating element is controlled by a controller integrated in the handle, and the temperature is set using function keys on the control panel. The controller has an additional timer function to ensure an overview of individual welding processes.
