Automatic butt welding machine ZHCN–CNC with integrated system for registration/documentation of welding parameters. Suitable for joining pipes and fittings made of PE, PP, PB, PVDF in the diameter range of 315 - 630 mm. With CNC-controlled machines, it is not necessary for the operator to be involved in setting the required pressure or controlling the movement of the pipes. The operator's only task is to mount the pipes, insert the facer and heating element when signaled by the machine, or remove them. The automation of the welding process reduces the susceptibility to errors to a minimum, and high-quality connections are achieved even by inexperienced personnel. Furthermore, the use of automatic butt welding machines is a prerequisite for a company's approval to work on gas installations. It is possible to connect an external GPS antenna. REAL-TIME Position Sensor:

The ZHCN-CNC butt welding machines are equipped with a sensor that controls the position of the pipe, thus enabling precise control of the welding process. The system reacts in real time to changes in the pipe's position and responds accordingly by adjusting the pressures and going through the subsequent phases of the welding process.

Heating Element Removal:

Some models are equipped with automatic heating element removal, which allows for quick, automatic removal of the heating element between the pipes, thus reducing changeover time to the required minimum.

Registration of Welding Parameters:

The device can store parameters from up to 4000 welding cycles. Data stored in memory can be downloaded to a USB stick and then printed using connection software.
