General Information:

Automatic butt welding machine ZHCN–CNC with integrated system for registration/documentation of welding parameters. Suitable for joining pipes and fittings made of PE, PP, PB, PVDF in the diameter range of 90 - 315 mm. With CNC-controlled machines, the operator is not required to set the necessary pressure or control the movement of the pipes. The operator's only task is to mount the pipes, insert and remove the facing tool and heating element when signaled by the machine. By automating the welding process, the susceptibility to errors is reduced to a minimum, and high-quality connections are achieved even by inexperienced personnel. Furthermore, the use of automatic butt welding machines is a prerequisite for a company's approval for work on gas installations. It is possible to connect an external GPS antenna. REAL-TIME position sensor:

The ZHCN-CNC butt welding machines are equipped with a sensor that monitors the pipe's position, allowing for precise control of the welding process. The system reacts in real-time to changes in the pipe's position and adjusts accordingly by regulating pressures and moving through the subsequent phases of the welding process.

Removal of the heating element:

Some models are equipped with an automatic heating element removal system, which allows for quick, automatic removal of the heating element between the pipes, thus reducing changeover time to the required minimum.

Registration of welding parameters:

The device can store parameters from up to 4000 welding cycles. Data stored in memory can be downloaded to a USB stick and then printed using connection software.
