Butt welding machine for hard-to-reach places on the construction site
The ZHCB-630RR and ZHCB-630ER butt welding machines are lightweight, hydraulic two-arm butt welding machines for use in repair work on PE and PP pipelines. The machine operates in the diameter range of 315–630 mm. The welding machine can be operated with or without a base frame, which makes welding possible even in hard-to-reach places.
There are two variants of the butt welding machine. The ZHCB-630RR is operated in manual mode (operation according to the welding parameter tables included with the device) and can be connected to the RZEN-2000 welding recorder if required. The ZHCB-630ER butt welding machine operates in semi-automatic mode and records the welding parameters thanks to an integrated data logger. The control program monitors the operator and prevents them from making mistakes (e.g., incorrect pressure setting, starting welding before the heating element has reached the required temperature, etc.). ZHCB-630ER welding machines automate part of the welding process, saving valuable time.
PGEN Heating Element:
The temperature of the heating element is controlled by the automatic power supply on both machines; the diode on the heating element indicates whether the heating plate has reached the required temperature. The exact temperature of the heating plate can be monitored on the control unit's display. The heating element is, of course, non-stick coated.
Registration of welding parameters for ZHCB-630ER:
In the semi-automatic version, the device can store parameters for up to 3000 welding cycles. Stored data can be downloaded to a USB stick and then printed using connection software. The software is compatible with Windows versions Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11. In the manual version ZHCB-630RR, it is possible to use our RZEN-2000 data logger to document the welding parameters.
