Butt welding machine for the production of segmented fittings from plastic pipes by butt welding in dimensions 90 - 315 mm. Fittings manufactured with this machine are characterized by their high impermeability and durability. We offer the machine either with (ZHSN - 315 E) or without (ZHSN 315) registration / documentation of welding parameters. The machine consists of 2 carriages, one fixed and one hydraulically controlled with a permanently installed facing planer.
The welding machine is controlled from the operating station, which is installed on a mobile trolley. With the ZHSN 315 without recording / documentation of welding parameters, control is manual using an electronic welding parameter table. Our ZHSN 315 - E has an integrated data logger and is controlled semi-automatically. The control program guides the operator step-by-step through the entire welding process via the LCD screen. This saves valuable time and minimizes potential operator errors. Depending on the selected equipment options, the welding machine can produce segmented bends, T-pieces, 45° Y-pieces and crosses. The welding machine can be equipped with accessories for welding flange sockets to manufactured fittings, as well as for extending fittings with short outlets.
PGEN heating element:
The temperature of the heating element is controlled by the automatic power supply; the diode on the heating element indicates whether the heating plate has reached the required temperature. The exact temperature of the heating plate can be monitored on the display of the control unit. The heating element is, of course, non-stick coated.
Registration of welding parameters - for ZHSN E only:
In the semi-automatic version, the device can store parameters from up to 3000 welding cycles. Stored data can be downloaded to a USB stick and then printed using connection software. The software is compatible with Windows versions Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11.
