Butt Welding Machine WDS 4600 CNC Smart Control (Set)
The WIDOS 4600 CNC 3.0 is exclusively designed for heated tool butt welding of pipes and fittings made of PE, PP, PVDF materials, and in diameters ranging from 75 to 250 mm. The WIDOS control unit CNC 3.0 performs a butt welding operation with the WIDOS 4600 plastic welding machine after entering the type of plastic, pipe diameter, and wall thickness. The welding processes are recorded and saved on an SD card. The corresponding pipe data is entered manually via the control panel. Alternatively, it can be read in with a suitable pipe data card and the barcode reader pen.
Our hydraulic machines from d 50 - d 1600 from Widos feature a compact hydraulic control unit as well as a basic machine with a removable outer clamping ring for easy clamping of short fittings. This makes the machines ideal for use in confined construction site conditions. The heating elements of the F-series comply with DVS 2208 and are equipped with high-quality control devices and non-stick coatings, optionally also with easily replaceable non-stick covers for larger wall thicknesses.
The robust facing units are equipped with high-torque drives and safety interlocks as well as high-quality, double-sided knives. This ensures long service life and low spare parts requirements.
The compact and lightweight hydraulic units are operated via a sensitive hand lever valve, allowing for easily controllable welding processes. The integrated pressure accumulator dampens pressure drops during the welding cycle and reduces the need for readjustment. The base machine is connected to the hydraulic unit via flexible hoses and flat-sealing quick couplings.
Reducer inserts in various designs for all common pipe types and dimensions, as well as an extensive range of accessories and tools, are also available.
