Butt welding machine for the production of segmented molded parts from plastic pipes by butt welding in dimensions 90 - 400 mm. Molded parts produced with this machine are characterized by their high tightness and durability. We offer the machine either with (ZHSN - 400 E) or without (ZHSN 400) registration / documentation of welding parameters. The machine consists of 2 carriages, one fixed and one hydraulically controlled with a permanently installed planer.
The welding machine is controlled from the operating station, which is installed on a mobile trolley. For the ZHSN 400 without recording / documentation of the welding parameters, control is manual using an electronic welding parameter table. Our ZHSN 400 - E has an integrated data logger and is semi-automatically controlled. The control program guides the operator step by step through the entire welding process via the LCD screen. This saves valuable time and minimizes possible operator errors. Depending on the selected equipment options, the welding machine produces segmented bends, tees, 45° Y-pieces and crosses. The welding machine can be equipped with accessories for welding flange sockets to manufactured molded parts, as well as for extending molded parts with short outlets.
PGEN heating element:
The temperature of the heating element is controlled via the automatic power supply; the diode on the heating element indicates whether the heating plate has reached the required temperature. The exact temperature of the heating plate can be monitored on the display of the control unit. The heating element is, of course, non-stick coated.
Registration of welding parameters - only for ZHSN E:
The device can store parameters of up to 3000 welding cycles in the semi-automatic version. Stored data can be downloaded to a USB stick and then printed using connection software. The software is compatible with Windows versions Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11.
