General Information:

Hydraulic butt welding machines of type ZHCB are used for professional butt welding of pipes made of PE, PP, PB, PVDF in the diameter range of 63 - 250 mm without recording welding parameters, manually controlled. ZHCB welding machines are characterized by a simple, robust yet lightweight design. The welding machine is operated according to the welding parameter table. A timer and stopwatch for time measurement have been integrated into the temperature controller, which is located on the control panel of the hydraulic unit. The new hydraulic system allows for stepless pressure adjustment and pressure switching at maximum pressure. The new solution has reduced the machine's weight and dimensions by 25%. It is possible to connect our external data logger for professional logging according to DVS 2207. The data logger guides the operator through the entire welding process, thereby significantly simplifying operation. This also minimizes sources of error during welding. The Welding Table:

A table with welding parameters located on the front of the welding machine significantly simplifies the operation of the welding machine and the maintenance of the necessary welding parameters. The standard table contains parameters for PE pipes for SDR: 11, 17, 17.6, and 26. If required, we can provide tables for other materials (PP, PB, PVDF) and SDR.

Internal Battery:

ZHCB butt welding machines are equipped with a battery as standard, which maintains the correct pressure during the cooling phase without the need to actuate the pump motor. This solution allows you to shorten the operating time of the generator and reduce possible errors during the cooling time.

Professional Temperature Controller:

The heating element is controlled by a temperature controller located on the hydraulic unit. The controller has an auxiliary timer and a stopwatch function for counting down times during individual phases of the welding process.

Option for Logging according to DVS 2207:

ZHCB type welding machines can be retrofitted with the RZEN - 2000 recording device. The device is electrically connected to the hydraulic unit. The assembly itself does not require any additional tools and can be carried out on site at any time. The data logger simplifies the operation of the machine and guides the operator step-by-step through the welding process. Another important advantage of the data logger is its universality. A customer who has a larger number of ZHCB welding machines, even of different sizes, can have one recorder and connect it to the machine for which recording/operational assistance is currently required. The data logger stores the parameters of 2,000 welds. It is possible to connect an external GPS antenna for location tracking. The file with the welds can be saved on a USB stick and printed directly from the welding machine with a thermal printer or from a computer, with software that can be downloaded free of charge from the manufacturer's website.
