Hydraulic plate welding machine with fully manual control. Compact and easy to operate, it is suitable for construction products with plate widths of up to two meters. The weldable materials are PE and PP with a thickness of 3 mm to 25 mm. The welding machine can also connect honeycomb panels made of PE.
The plates are clamped by two manually operated beams. Welding control is carried out via a manual control panel that controls a hydraulic unit, which can also perform the double pressure cycle. A connection allows the weld to be opened and easily pulled out. The working surface of the basic machine is equipped with a scale on both sides, which speeds up the positioning and centering of the parts to be joined. The heating element is located under the basic machine and has a handwheel for height adjustment. Temperature control is carried out via an electronic temperature controller.
