The Polyfusion 1-25 is a hydraulic plate welding machine with manual control. It is compact and user-friendly, suitable for processing plates up to one meter wide and with thicknesses from 3 mm to 25 mm. The processable materials are PE and PP.
The welding process is carried out via a control panel, which hydraulically controls the machine. The control panel is attached to the machine via a joint, allowing its horizontal position to be selected. The plates are clamped manually using clamping screws. Thanks to a joint at the end of the clamping bar, which can be easily opened, the welded parts can be removed with ease. A measuring scale is attached to both sides of the tables, allowing for quick and easy alignment of the plates. The heating element, with manual lifting, is located under the tables and features a handwheel for precise height adjustment. The temperature is regulated by a high-precision digital temperature controller. The welding machine features a series of modular frames to perform 90° welding. Rounding plates is only possible manually. This welding machine can also process hollow chamber plates made of PE. The machine also has a convenient storage area for tools.
