General Information:
Our ZERN-160 sleeve welding machine is used for welding electrofusion sleeves for PE pipes and fittings, in the low-pressure range of Ø40-160 mm. Manufacturers such as Akatherm-Euro, Coes, Geberit, Valsir, Waviduo, Vulcathene-Euro. The device automatically detects the connected fitting and selects the welding parameters. During welding, it provides acoustic and visual information about the welding process. The device is permanently installed in an impact-resistant plastic housing. The set with the welding machine includes a set of Ø2 tips for fittings from the above-mentioned manufacturers. The machine is manufactured in Poland according to current standards.
