Maxiplast Set

The WIDOS Maxiplast for butt welding PE, PP, and PVDF pipes and fittings from DA 50 to DA 160 with heating elements. Thanks to its compact and robust design, the machine is ideal for use in hard-to-reach places under construction site conditions. For stationary use, an additional base frame is available, allowing it to be used as a benchtop device. The stable basic machine is equipped with two aluminum clamping tools, each pivotable by 15°, for producing segmented bends. By using various reducing inserts in narrow, wide, or super-wide versions, all clamping options can be realized. For fittings with extremely short legs, solid steel clamping tools in a narrow version are available. The stable substructure with ball-bearing guides, trapezoidal spindle, and spring-damped force application enables fast movement for short changeover times and gentle pressure build-up.

The WIDOS Maxiplast can be used in the workshop, on the construction site, and for assembly. At 13.3 kg, the WIDOS Maxiplast is very easy to handle and the machine can be used in many ways. Pipes and fittings from DA 50 to DA 160 can be welded. The stable basic machine is equipped with two aluminum clamping tools, each pivotable by 15°, for producing segmented bends. The robust planer is electrically driven and easy to operate. The electronically controlled heating element with a high-quality non-stick coating has an external power switch and indicator lights with interval display. The precise temperature monitoring meets all requirements according to DVS 2208. A stable and easy-to-transport setting box is available for safely placing the heating element and planer. The complete machine is transported and stored in a transport box with additional storage compartments for all reducing inserts.
