Automatic butt welding machine ZHCN–CNC with integrated system for recording / documenting welding parameters. Suitable for joining pipes and fittings made of PE, PP, PB, PVDF in a diameter range of 50 - 160 mm. With CNC-controlled machines, it is not necessary for the operator to be involved in setting the required pressure or controlling the movement of the pipes. The operator's only task is to mount the pipes, insert or remove the facer and heating element when signaled by the machine. By automating the welding process, the susceptibility to errors is reduced to a minimum, and high-quality joints are achieved even by inexperienced personnel. Furthermore, the use of automatic butt welding machines is a prerequisite for a company's approval for work on gas installations. The machine can be operated in German, English, Russian, and Polish. REAL-TIME Position Sensor:

The ZHCN-CNC butt welding machines are equipped with a sensor that controls the position of the pipe, enabling precise control of the welding process. The system reacts in real-time to changes in the pipe's position and adjusts accordingly by adapting the pressures and progressing through the subsequent phases of the welding process.

Heating Element Removal:

Some models are equipped with automatic heating element removal, which allows for quick, automatic removal of the heating element between the pipes, thereby reducing changeover time to the required minimum.

Welding Parameter Registration:

The device can store parameters from up to 4000 welding cycles. Data stored in memory can be downloaded to a USB stick and then printed using connection software.
