The Miniplast/2 for butt welding PE, PP, and PVDF pipes and fittings from DA 20 to DA 110 with heating elements. Due to its lightweight and compact design, the Miniplast/2 is ideally suited for use in pipe networks and for assembly work. For stationary use, the machine can be fixed in a vice or with a table clamp. The basic machine has two wide aluminum basic clamping tools for segment bend production, which can be swiveled by 15° on each side. By screwing in 8 narrow reduction clamping inserts, double clamping is achieved for smaller diameters. For fittings with short legs, a narrow fitting clamping tool is optionally available. Due to the special design of the pressure application, the machine can be clamped directly to the shortest pipe stubs on walls and plates.
The Miniplast/2 can be used in the workshop, on construction sites, and for assembly. At 6.3 kg, handling the Miniplast/2 is very easy, and the machine can be used in a variety of ways. Pipes and fittings from DA 20 to DA 110 can be welded. The basic machine with optional narrow fitting tools is suitable for holding injection-molded fittings with short clamping ends. Extremely short protruding pipe ends can also be clamped and welded. For the production of T-pieces and 90° pipe bends (up to DA 90 mm), an extended version of the basic machine is available. Both basic clamping tools can be swiveled by up to 15° on each side. This basic machine is equipped with height and side adjustment. The lightweight, compact manual planer is operated via a ratchet. An electric planer is optionally available. The electronically controlled heating element with a non-stick coating has an indicator light for mains and interval control. An adjustment box is available for protected storage of the planer and heating element. The steel sheet carrying case is used for transporting and protected storage of the complete Miniplast/2.
