The SIGMA 800 PRO is an electric bandsaw for plastic pipes made of HDPE, PP, PVDR, PVDF. Its interaction with the Alfa welding machine for the production of segmented fittings is ideal. The SIGMA 800 PRO is designed for miter cuts and features a wide angle range (from -30° to 30°). For miter cuts from -45° to +67.5° up to a diameter of 655 mm. Both the preparation and cutting phases are extremely easy and safe to perform. The saw has a control panel located at a safe distance from the cutting area, where the operator can control the automatic movement of the bandsaw (ON/OFF) and also set and regulate the cutting speed. Additional devices reduce the load on the saw blade during cutting, thus reducing maintenance. Cutting preparations are simple and fast, the cuts precise.
