Heated Tool Butt Welding (Civil Engineering)

During heated element butt welding, the joint surfaces of the parts to be welded are brought together under pressure at the heated element, then heated to welding temperature with reduced pressure, and joined together under pressure after removing the heated element (aligning, heating, rearranging, joining). Before starting welding, the temperature of the heated element necessary for welding must be checked. To allow thermal equilibrium to establish, the heated element may only be used at the earliest 10 minutes after reaching the target temperature. The nominal wall thicknesses of the parts to be welded must match in the joining area, and pipes and fittings must be axially aligned before clamping. Shortly before welding, the surfaces to be welded must be machined so that they are flat and parallel to each other in the clamped state. Tools and surfaces must be kept clean and grease-free. Gap width between the machined welding surfaces and offset must be checked, and chips that have fallen into the pipe must be removed. Heated element at 200 - 220 °C? Now heated element butt welding can begin. And because our butt welding machines are so convincing, now with a 30-day money-back guarantee!
